  Had a great experience buying my first home. All questions were answered! Sarahi was amazing and so helpful! I would definitely recommend! And they sent me some of the CUTEST gifts afterwards! Personalized tag for my pet, and even a cutting board with our last name on it.

  Overall Me and my wife had a great experience with ruoff mortgage company, we had a very difficult situation and one deal to fall through but they continued to work with us month after month even when it didn't seem possible for us! Some useful info for any first time buyer is government backed loans require a lot but if you can find the right place and have all your documents in order the process will go smoothly. Leigh and Sarahi were great to work with as well! Sarahi kept us up to date on what was going on and we very much appreciated her work throughout our loan process.

  Told the lady on the phone 3 times I only wanted a HELOC not looking to refinance and without telling me they dont offer HELOC she continued to ask about my property and additional information then RAN my credit score without asking permission to do so and THEN told me it was a Refinance option only.

  My son and law and Daughter had an awesome experience with Ruoff. My experience has been well for the information I had to provide during their home buying process as well. They where always open and upfront with why they needed my information as well. Highly recommend.

  I can't imagine my home buying process would have been handled as promptly and professionally as it was with any other company. Every step was handled before it was nessisary to avoid any confusion on the underwriting side. BRADY was awsome and with me step by step through it all and always made himself available day and night to get us through the process. If you are going to buy a house I highly recommend Brady 100%. Not only did I get a new house but also a new friend.
