  Big Bend Builders renovated a home built in 1950 for me. Everything from original planning, budget, minor changes, & completion date all went extremely smooth. Bryant Skipper stays on top of everything everyday. He works well with his subcontractors. I recommend him whole heartedly for new construction as well as renovations!

  Big Bend Builders recently finished a great job at our site. They renovated a space in our commercial building, knocking out a wall, removing a door, completely replacing the drop ceiling, installing new LED lighting with motion sensors and tying the lighting into our fire alarm system. New carpet and paint look great, too! This was my first experience with Big Bend Builders and they met every expectation. The job was done in budget and in a timely manner. Kudos!

  I have worked with Bryant on a custom home and an office building. Both projects moved according to plan with nothing but pleasant surprises. Bryant really put together a quality team to get the job done right. It has been a few years and I still find small details that make me think “I’m glad Bryant thought about that”. If you want a builder who cares how the end product turns out you need to seriously consider calling Bryant @ Big Bend Builders.

  Bryant Skipper focuses on every detail. So much so that we did not even have a punch list when he finished our complete gut and remodel of our home. Everything was perfect. I loved working with him and he even won an award after finishing our house from the Parade of Homes annual event. Also, the construction did not drag on. He finished when he said he would finish.

  Bryant has worked with us on several projects, both commercial and residential, in the past and has always demonstrated a high quality of professionalism. We recently hired him to lead a 2,800 sf commercial buildout in College Town. I strongly encourage all to visit the space to experience the product Bryant produces. Prior to beginning construction, he provided a detailed job estimate and schedule to follow in order for our project to be completed on time and within budget. During the construction phase, Bryant was always responsive, answered all questions/concerns, and provide useful information and recommendations. He has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with clients and subcontractors. He is very hands on with all work related tasks and is dedicated to provide superior service to his clients.
