  Definitely a scam, saw the review and talked to a employee on my second day. Said they put him calling cold calling for weeks until they gave him good leads. When hiring me he told me he would cover the cost of the expensive leads I can’t afford in exchange for 80% of my income. After I asked when he would provide the good leads on day 2 he promised, sense he now knows I can do it. He couldn’t give me a time frame after we agreed on 2 days when I was hired. And started asking for papers on leads he didn’t provide in an attempt to steal 80% of my books on deals I found my self cold calling. He then changed the deal and told me me I had to pay him from my books to get the leads he promised. I know where this conversation is going. 2 months later and I’ll still be cold calling and paying 80% of my income for no reason to him. Never getting the leads always asking for more papers. You could just go on DeBanked forum and turn it in to the direct lender there. If he provided the leads then I would have no problem paying an 80% tax to a brokerage. That’s why they are there. But I can’t pay 80% not out of my books. I can just cold call from home. Very unprofessional attitude. Win-lose deal thinking promotes a hostile work environment. No wondering he can’t fill the whole row of computers and it’s mostly younger guys working there. What a waste of 2 weeks I spent waiting for him to get back from holiday to start.

  I'm familiar with the place by personal experience. The owner is a very unpleasant low life individual with no respect to people around outside of his group. The service they provide is just a middleman interconnect type of a thing with no guarantees. Stay away.

  Dwayne who runs this shop will NOT pay you what he promises. Instead he will give you 15-20% on any commissions. This place is a scam and stay far away. Once they get the application they will run your credit so many times that your score will be destroyed with inquiries. They are a broker and NOT a lender or funder. Stay far far away from these people and any calls from this company. Your fico score with thank you

  THEY’RE BIG TIME SCAMMERS!! ESPECIALLY LADY KRYSTAL. SLOW, INCONSIDERATE, SO RUDE AND TAKING FOREVER TO COMMUNICATE BACK. WASTE OF TIME AND WASTE OF A COMPANY. WHEN THEY NEED YOUR BUSINESS THEY CALLED YOU MILLION TIME WITH SMILE. BY TRUSTING KRYSTAL AND THE COMPANY I APPLY FOR THE LOAN BY PAYING $2,500 UP FRONT BEFORE THEY GET ME ANY LOAN. THEY JUST STEAL MY $2,500 AND NOT CALLING BACK OR TAKING MY PHONE INSTEAD SHE WAS SO RUDE. I HAVE APPLIED IN JUNE 2020 SINCE THAN NOTHING IS HAPPENING. SO PLEASE THINK 1000 TIMES BEFORE GOING WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY DEFINITELY TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT ANY HESITATION.

  Dipak, as you are aware, you disqualified your offer when you took on financing from another company, which you did not disclose. You had agreed to pay $2,500 for a separate service, unrelated to the funding, which was provided to you. This was communicated to you. Please feel free to call in to discuss this further.   Calling multiple times in a row. Hanging up when asking for federal licence number nothing but a scam. Hiring out of country call centers that do not follow us do not call list or ceise and desist notices

  BFA helped out my business when we really needed it. The application was simple and their customer service was on point whenever I had questions. Overall great experience for this sort of thing
