  I worked with John from start to finish on the purchase of my new home. He held my anxiety ridden hand the whole way through! Buying a home can be scary and unpredictable. He put me at ease. He is so resourceful and knows his stuff which made things go sooooo smoothly. No call was ever unanswered and no question was too silly or small.   Raised our rates three times to a disguising 5.1%. My credit score is over 800, and my partner and I make well over $100k. Not to mention the place we bought was only $300k. We could never get a hold of anyone on the phone to help us with anything, EVEN ON CLOSING DAY. Danny suggested we refinance with an FHA loan at a lower rate (4.5%) which is just an insult in itself. We will be refinancing as soon as possible with another lender. Better way scammed us big time.

  Team is very unprofessional, not reliable and cannot be dependable. Will never recommend anyone to this company. Terrible response time and staff that are not knowledgeable in the field. My brother almost lost a house and his Ernest deposit on a house he was trying to buy because of the incompetent staff and Lack of communication on a timely manner. Please never do business with this company, they are a shameful, disgraceful!
