  Only incompetence at this PNC branch. No one cares about providing good service to the customer. I go through the drive through to make a withdrawal, asking for small bills. I get home to discover only $100's! The next month we write a check from our personal account to get a cashier's check. They don't tell you about the $15 fee that will be taken from your account, and instead of charging our personal account the fee comes from our business account. Details! No one cares about details! And you better hope that you don't need to call the 800-number for help, because there are only long delays and partial answers to your questions.

  Horrible branch! Horrible customer service! If I could give zero stars, I would. I called ahead of time for the manager, Edward, to fix a problem with my ATM. And I was told he would be there between 12:30 and 1:00. When I showed up, the Indian woman wanted me to wait 20 minutes. he wasn't even there! Horrible customer service! Never going back!

  The staff... particularly one person in mind does not protect your banking information and does not abide by policies. If one person does that, I'm sure the other staff learns from the bad behaviors as well. I would suggest you use a different PNC Bank if you want your banking and personal information secure.

  Personalized banking still exists here. Great staff.

  Would highly recommend to stay away. Nothing but an inconvenience.
