  Auto loans of DE on Kirkwood highway completely exceeded my expectations in a positive way. This way my first experience with an auto loan company and I didn't have very good preconceived notions but Jessica changed my perceptions. She and other staff were friendly, knowledgeable and thorough when I was in the office. As I traveled they were accommodating, responsive and helpful-all phone and e-mail correspondences were quickly and pleasantly addressed. I highly recommend this company and am very grateful for all they have done.

  I was very pleased with the professional manner which I was treated when I came in for a loan, Alicia handled my loan and although I didn't have an appointment, she squeezed me in before her next appointment. They also worked with me to lower my payments to fit my budget. I would highly recommend anyone needing a hardship loan to FIRST call Auto Equity Loans for help.

  Don't ever get a loan from this place. My husband did almost a year ago. We weren't informed of half the things we needed to be including the fact that they add interest onto it even if you pay within their 10 day grace period. So when we went to make our last payment there was a bunch of interest tacked onto it for the last several months. You also will pay more interest in the loan than the principal amount you borrowed. Don't get caught up in this, just don't do it!

  my loan officer was Danielle she was very informative about the process answered all of my questions and the process took literally 30 minutes she was very professional. I was referred after a pretty low appraisal of my car by title max. If you want to get the most money for your vehicle i recommend Auto Equity Loans of Delaware the kirkwood hwy office.

  These guys are the best to get you through when your in a pinch. They have the best rates out of all of the other car title loan places. They have an awesome staff! I thank them so much for being there for me when I needed help!!! :)

  Don't ever do this!! I did it as a last resort to help pay my debts. When I lost my job and couldn't pay they recently repossessed my car. The interest rate is so high it's difficult to keep up with the payments. You think it's a good idea at the time. Then when you realize you give up perhaps the one thing you own it's devastating.
