  An A+ Company to deal with! Honest, quick, and I responsible to deal with. I delivered a skid steer 4.5 hours to Stanley and he gave me an offer via online. When I arrived he had a check waiting for me and kept his word and didn’t negotiate the offer any less. (Keep in mind my machine was mechanically flawless)…. I highly recommend doing business here. They keep their word and to me that’s everything. We will do much more business to come with Stanley and Best Used Skidsteers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Best of luck to your future endeavors Stanley.   Best Used Skidsteers owners are business people who speak of Integrity and Values, and carry through with integrity and values when treating their customers. I purchased a skidsteer and had an oil leak which became a problem for me. I repaired it and then contacted them. They agreed to reimburse me for the repair. While they were under no obligation to help me out, they went above and beyond to help. I have told many friends and business partners how well they treat customers, and I would not hesitate to purchase from them again. They had several very nice machines in stock when I traveled 5 hours to pick up my machine. I am not surprised how many they sell when I think of how much they helped me. It’s refreshing to know there are still people who do business the right way.

  Very reputable dealer! Experienced mechanical issues with a machine that had 6 hours use after purchase & they returned the machine for a full refund. Extremely trustworthy operation, highly recommend.

  Ridiculously high prices. 25% over MSRP and it's only a few month wait. Just because they can take advantage of people in this market. Doesn't mean they should. I hope people remember their price gouging when the market levels back out.

  We too are frustrated with the current high prices we need to pay to find equipment for our customers. I would point out the following: 1. We have no control over the current equipment shortage and inflation that is driving these prices. To get machines, we are paying more than ever before, and we are keeping our profit margins tighter than we have in the past just so that we can sell for as cheap as possible. 2. Our prices are lower than most other dealers. For that reason, we are one of the #1 skidsteer retailers in the nation. If our prices were unreasonable, you can rest assured we would not be selling 750+ skidsteers each year. People would simply buy elsewhere. But that is not happening as can be seen by the volume of skidsteers we sell. 3. I would point out that this customer has never dealt with us, never spoke to us on the phone, never visited our location, never bought anything from us. This review is simply his reaction to seeing current prices - over which we have no control. 4. You may want to consider that after 4+ years in business... and after selling well over 3,000 skidsteers to happy buyers all across the United States and Canada... this is the VERY FIRST negative review we have received... from a person we never have dealt with.

  A very honest company to deal with. I truly enjoy hauling for them! Very friendly and easy to work with!! They are very honest and I believe they tell you everything that they know about the machine. No worries for buying sight unseen

  I bought a skid steer from them and found a small radiator leak after using it for an hour. Kept in contact with Lydia and after a week it turned out to be a bad radiator. They replaced it without an issue. Great and honest company to deal with!

  We purchased a used S590 from Stanley sight unseen and drove all the way from Minnesota to pick it up. It had a problem with drifting and thought maybe it just needed the drift adjusted or needed recalibration. Brought it to our dealer and discovered it needed a new drive motor. Not a cheap fix. I’m grateful to say that Stanley stood behind his machine and paid the entire cost of the part! Not only did he do this but he also sent the check out immediately so we could get our machine rolling again. We are very thankful and love our machine we purchased from him and will definitely look to him for future purchases and recommend him to our friends. Thank you Stanley!

  Very happy with our machine. Everyone I spoke to was helpful especially with our time difference. They delivered our Bobcat all the way down to New Mexico.! Mike was also great to work with.   Stanley is a great honest person to buy from, and deal with. I have never bought a machine sight unseen EVER! so I was very sceptical to say the least since I am in Illinois and had no way to put my hands on it before I bought it. I bought a T650 with a smooth bucket included, then Stanley worked with me on an additional 4in1 bucket, and a new set of tracks to be drop shipped to me. He also put a new rear glass in the machine, and a new hose on the 4in1 bucket. He gave me an amazing deal on the entire PKG plus shipping and had it to me within 4 days !!!! Outstanding 👌👌👌 the machine and attachments were everything he said they were. And to his credit there was a flaw in the right track drive motor that we noticed during our closer inspection at the shop. It was something that there was no way he could have known about before the sale. When I contacted him about it he offered without question to cover the entire cost of the replacement drive motor. That is going above and beyond to take care of the customer after the sale !!! 👍👍 If you are sceptical about buying from best used skidsteers don't be.   I was skeptical about buying a machine that I had not seen from a company that I was not familiar with. But I made the purchase and I can tell you that these are good people! I did have a mechanical problem after receiving my machine and they had it shipped back to them, made the repair, and shipped it back to me. They take care of their customers! I will definitely be doing business with them again and would readily recommend buying from them without reservation.
