      I never have a problem with the staff they are very good with the coustomers I would like to see more staff there on a Friday getting tired of waiting ten minutes to do my banking sometimes longer. If I have time to write this review while waiting then their is a problem, that's what I'm doing rite now, in line today 20 minutes. Can BBT do something about this really.

      I go to this bank every other week for cashing checks for over a year and half. I went today and all of a sudden they can't deposit a check.. I asked to speak to manager. I asked the one male behind desk if he was manage, his response (no) not even looking up at me or telling me where I could find manager. May check are dated for Monday but received them on Fridays. This has been going on for over 1.5 years. And when someone asks for help.. HELP THEM.. OR atlleast act like you care somewhat.

      The staff is quite friendly and I do like the free coffee they themselves deserve five star. But the negatives are BBT it's self, number one if you go there on a Friday be prepared for a wait to cash your check because thier is not enough clearks there to move things on. Number two even if you have a pay check written out of the BBT account and you don't have an account be prepared to pay an 8$ fee. BBT is forcing you to become an account coustomer. We have freedom of speech and freedom of religion ect... But no freedom of bank, think about it. How many people cash checks there and don't choose to have BBT as thier bank 8$ x how many =? Money that BBT dint work for.
