  Having to sell a home after living there for 50 years is hard enough let alone being 95 years old. So needless to say when my Mom had to close on our family home the process was a worry. Protecting her emotions was my top priority. I walked away today in such a good place I could not believe it. Not only was Hunter great at explaining the paperwork to Mom but the entire atmosphere in this office kept Mom calm and as she stated "very easy signing and one of the friendliest staff (every one she dealt with) ever". We went into the this heartbreaking situation and saw no light at the end of the tunnel. We left Best Title today calm and happy and thrilled to meet the wonderful, sweet and very personable buyers. Don't waste your time scheduling a closing with anyone else. You will only get the best from BEST!!

  My lender had recommended a title company and at the last minute they said they couldn’t handle the closing. I called Leslie and her team got the file and turned things around in a matter of days and we were able to close immediately. They really made the process painless. I recommend them to everyone and I absolutely will use them anytime I need title services.

  Some home repair needs led me to a refi situation. My Mortgage broker worked my deal through Best and I am very happy she did. Leslie 'The Problem Solver' was amazing. VERY professional but with a relaxed style and a little humor thrown in from time to time. Leslie was very patient with me, answering every question I had but there weren't many because she a did a great job explaining each form I signed. The process went very quickly and efficiently. Proper expectations were set regarding when I would receive my money, which very quickly followed the 3 day wait period. I would definitely recommend working with Best Title Services, a thriving local business. Well done!
