  My experience so far has been HORRIBLE. I should have known when the loan officer, Stacy McDaniel, called at the last minute for us to sign docs. So we signed the on February 28th. As of today 21 days later they still have not paid of our old loan. To make matters worse. They will not return your calls. For the last 5 days I've got every excuse In The book , yes, they are busy ripping you off to call you back. They get a 20 day payoff, still haven't paid loan. I should have gotten a refund if this had been taken care of in a timely manner,. Now I'm getting calls from old lender my loan is past due. Disgusted!! Btw, Stacy still hasn't returned 1 of my 5 messages left. Don't do business with them. You'll be sorry. In all fairness I would like to update my experience. I would like to thank Katie Freestone. For getting back to me and taking care of this unpleasant experience. She handled the situation and followed up with me. Thank you Katie Jodi Hall

  Where do I start? After several moves across the country and banking with several national, regional, and local banks, I’ve got to say Elements has been a breath of fresh air. From their amazing employees like Justin Montour, to their amazing rates, to their credit union charm, Elements filled a huge hole for me to reach my financial goals. Tip of the hat to Elements for always being more than just a bank.

  Justin Montour recommended we refinance our mortgage with Elements and open a credit account with excellent new account benefits. We worked with very helpful employees through the whole process.

  Awesome financial institution! I have been with elements since I've been a teenager. I have financed multiple vehicles and my home through Elements. Would recommend Elements to anyone looking for a good bank with great people.

  I use Elements Financial for all of my banking. I also used them for my mortgage when I bought my first home. They helped me every step of the way. We were in constant communication, and they made sure I never missed a deadline.

  Would post 0 stars if I could. This credit union use to be wonderful when it was ELFCU, since they went public and changed their name to elements, it has gone down hill. The credit union use to be for the members, now they are all about the bottom line. They took out the ATMs that accepted deposits because it cost money, this is not convenient for people on the opposite side of the site from the credit union nor for the ones that work nights. The last car loan I got was a nightmare to deal with. The person that set it up, didn't set it up correctly, never responded to emails nor phone calls. Unfortunately other co-workers have had her and warned me (my fault for not asking for who did my other current loan, she was wonderful). Everything they said about her was true, incompetent, but they continue to keep her. It is disappointing knowing how they use to be and where they are now. Time to bank somewhere else

  We refinanced our vehicles with Elements. Justin Montour was great to work with. Smooth transition. Excellent interest rate. Easy to use app. Couldn't be happier!

  I moved to Indianapolis, IN in 2010 and since that time Elements Financial Credit Union of Indianapolis has managed my HSA. My experience to date with Elements Financial Credit Union of Indianapolis has been nothing but wonderful! I’ve never had an issue accessing my HSA funds to purchase prescriptions or pay for medical visits. I have no doubt that Elements Financial Credit Union of Indianapolis will be my credit union of choice for years to come!
