  Adirondack Premier Properties are the realtors of choice in the North Country. Lisa Lawyer and the staff helped me manage a vacation rental property for several years and when it came time to sell, APP was our first choice. They helped us to properly price the property and we sold less than a year after listing! Lisa helped us navigate through many issues and she always did so with a smile and a "can-do" attitude. Margie even helped us find a realtor in our new location. Our experience with APP has been terrific.

  For the past 11 years I have had the pleasure of calling Karen Mergenthaler my realtor. I will try and keep this short and sweet, but one could go on for hours about how truly incredible Karen is, not just as a realtor, but as a person.   I just moved from Washington County, NY to the Saranac Lake area. In searching for a new home, I chose Beth Hall from Adirondack Premiere Properties. Beth is super friendly and very knowledgeable about the area - even individual neighborhoods. If you have any kind of question and she doesn't know the answer right away, she will look it up and get back to you promptly. She really helped me through the negotiation process and was able to get me my dream house at the exact price I wanted to pay. She is very detail-oriented and really stays on top of things for you. She responds to your questions and concerns from very early in the morning until late at night and all weekend long. Even when her daughter was quite ill in the hospital and, as a result, she was out of town for several weeks, she stayed on top of things and was quick to respond. She will call, text, email, whatever your preferred method of communication! Beth even made the process fun! I would definitely highly recommend her to a friend or family member. In reflection, you will be glad you chose her when you are enjoying your first cup of coffee on your new porch in the Adirondacks!
