  I have 2 banks, Berkshire is my favorite. I love that they know my name when I walk in; the same friendly people have worked there for years. I use their online banking as well and it's pretty user friendly. And they had the lowest rate in town when I bought my truck. Def recommend.

  Never open when we aren't at work. Online deposits are always rejected, creating headaches and requiring we go there in-person. We'll be switching to a more customer-friendly bank ASAP.
