  This company was recommended per a mobile home realtor. So my husband and I applied. However, once we told them we could only do 5% down (thanks Covid) instead of the 10%, communications started to be inconsistent if they occurred at all. We tried to voice our concerns to move forward with doing business, but they completely blew us off. Completely unprofessional.

  I recently refinanced with Berins Enterprises and here are my thoughts. First off they had an incredibly friendly staff. I worked with Sam and he made my refinancing painless and kept me informed on the different steps through out the whole process. Extremely responsive and flexible, they were willing to work around my schedule which I truly appreciate. They were able to lock in a great rate for me, lower my mortgage length a year, and help me in removing my PMI by switching me from an FHA loan to a conventional home loan. I can not recommended them enough.

  Chuck and his son Sam did an incredible job on our recent refinance! It was very fast and efficient. Berins mortgage company explained every part of the process. They are absolutely dedicated to their clients. The whole process could not have been easier! We are extremely happy overall with an experience that initially looking into was a bit overwhelming. I don't do this every day, where do I start? Berins Mortgage was their to assist from the very beginning to the end and would highly recommended doing business with this company!   Working with Sam and Chuck was a pleasure. What is usually a hair pulling experience, was smooth and seamless.   I have had a rough time with my credit, and was still in the process of recovering when I worked with Chuck. Chuck was able to find a lender to approve my VA loan, and got everything completed in time for closing.
