  Auto loan experience. We have to have FULL coverage at all times , witch isn’t as bad but when your under there auto insurance coverage, it only covers them. & your paying 100$ for the insurance under there policy. There not open on SATURDAYS AND YOU CANT VIEW YOUR HISTORY PAYMENTS ONLINE EVEN IF YOU HAVE A ACCOUNT or YOUR BALANCE 🤦🏻‍♀️ . I’ve had a better experience with my first car with West lake financial bank.

  Terrible loan company! After paying my auto loan off they reported my account closed instead of paid in full and incorrectly reported late payments on my credit report more than a year after the account was “closed”.

  The math on the interest does not add up. They're favor. When questioned rep on the phone they could not provide me with answers. Seem really shady. Going to pay off as fast as I can.

  They say there open on Saturday Can’t get a hold of anybody on Saturday I say management should make sure that there employees are actually working The company will make sure to get payment But do you when trying to make payment and nobody is available to receive payment
