  We want to say what a blessing it was to have Bill and his team get our home loan for us! Our situation was difficult with a lot challenges and we thought maybe owning a home was not going to be a possibility but when we switched to Benchmark, Bill was able to work through all the issues we had and get us the home we so much wanted!   Today, I closed on my first home. Mr. Clayton and his team are amazing and are willing to go above and beyond to help meet your needs. I shopped around and talked with different lenders prior to Mr. Clayton and none care about me or my situation the way he did. Thank you for everything.   Best Home Buying Experience. If your looking for a Mortgage lender I would definitely go with Benchmark Mortgage. I felt like I understood everything mainly Bill Clayton made sure to walk us through everything so that we understood exactly what we getting into. Anytime there were any updates they made sure that we knew about them. Staff always available to answer every questions. Even walking in the build the front desk very friendly and amazing customer service always smiling.

  I would like to say as a Retired Army Veteran I have had the pleasure of working with Bill Clayton and he help in every way possible with our loan . He meet with me and went over every step and keep me up on the steps and was there any time I have a question and if I called he returned my call in a fast manner. He can only be rated a 5 here but he’s Service was nothing less then a 10 . Bill is very professional and and helpful and an asset to this company and I strongly Recommend him to anyone thinking of using a mortgage co. I have seeming that Benchmark has high standards and it show from the welcome I got when I walk by the lady at the front desk to other who contacted me bout my loan . Outstanding team .

  We were recommended to Bill and his team by our realtor who we luckily ran into. We were moving from Texas and only in town for two days to look at houses. Bill reached out to us a couple of times on our way back to Texas to give us basic information and expectations, if we used him and his team. During those phone calls we felt comfortable with his knowledge and experience in the VA loan process as well as dealing with the fact that we were outta state. Bill sat down with us via video chat and walked us through every detail of the loan and also went through our financial goals as a whole, not just pertaining to our home purchase. We were waiting on our home about 2.5 months to be finished being built and were kept thoroughly up to date of our loan status. Thanks to Bill and his team being extremely proficient at their jobs we got a great rate and were able to close they day after driving into town. Thanks to Bill and the Benchmark Mortgage team.

  Bill and benchmark deserve 10 stars but google doesn’t provide it as an option! We built a relationship with Bill when we bought our home in 2014. We were moving to another state this year so naturally we reached out to Bill to get a recommendation for a broker in Florida, we were ecstatic to learn that he serviced the area we were moving to as it took any worry out of the home buying process. I’ve received calls from other brokers promising a lower rate/payment and without thought it’s always a no. We know that Bill has our family’s best interest at heart and that is hard to find. Bill and his family are considered family to us and will always have a seat at our dinner table. Thanks for all you and your team do!
