Jean Keel2Horrible experience in trying to obtain my canceled checks (copies) for tax purposes and government loans with a deadline. I called 24 hour representatives and was told by five agents in a span of three weeks that the information was mailed to me. I never received documents. Went to NFCU branch in Columbus Georgia to talk to the branch manager. It took about an hour to see someone and it was the assistant branch manager. She told me how sorry she was after hearing my horrible experience with the call center and gave me copies of canceled checks. She made a promise to send me a gift for the hardship of almost missing my government deadline for my business loan. I have not received any gift or written apology for the stress which I endured for a period of about three weeks. I have really lost confidence in their ability to get important information to their customers. To date, I never received the mail which the call center supposedly had mailed to me. If, I was living in a town without a branch, I would not have received those important documents.

Staci J3The bank itself inside has adequate service. The parking lot is horribly small and congested. Have almost been hit multiple times by other cars, so I try to go during least busy times. But it is often busy. Half the time the ATMs do not allow certain types of deposits, which I drive a small circle to the next and it works. But what a pain! NFCU could really help military families out by putting a branch office on Fort Benning.

yaboijed1Parking is terrible, hours are terrible and they’re horribly understaffed. When I do manage to get off before 5, there’s always a 30+ minute wait. But if I don’t get off before 5? They’re closed because of recent hour changes. I could go to the other location in Columbus, wait no, they’re closed permanently. So in a the second largest metropolitan area in Georgia, right by one of the largest military bases in the world, NFCU has 1 branch with 2 tellers working at a time with a parking lot the size of a Waffle House booth and 2 ATM’s when they’re actually working (which is rare).

kay akksdjfk1So many issues to just make a DEPOSIT! How many forms of ID do y’all need when I do everything online? Why do things need to be additionally re-confirmed in-person? Why do I need to sign the back of my card if I don’t want to? If you don’t wanna work, don’t have me jumping through hoops. Get me in-and-out. Also. The parking here is kinda atrocious when it’s busy. Rude, condescending, and too into my business. Denying forms ID before I even pull it out, and always wanting the form with the most personal info.

Hello Dolly1Navy federal do better! I wish I could give a zero star. All they do here is just sit and look pretty and lie inbetween there teeth. The staff here needs to be some some of reorientation. Worseof is when you eventually talk to a so-called banker. Their ignorance is so glearing that calling the back office makes life faster and easier. Phew!

titus mccord1Just called to take advantage of a membership offering and representative named Connie was extremely rude and condescending! I explained to her how I had received the invitation through a friend, from a friends and family invitation that he had gotten from the credit union. She was no help at all and acted as if she didn't even want me to join. I would say that customer service here need some help.

Mackenzie Dailey1lost my 1300 deposit and waited multiple days, i spoke with multiple representatives and they were very rude. They stated how nobody wanted to look at camera footage for “hours” because theyre Lazy and was their fault that their teller lost my money.

anderacpharmd4Parking is ok, the staff is very courteous, but word to the wise-the line to the front desks can really back up, particularly if you are stuck behind someone with any type of issues. Large waiting area with plenty of chairs. Atm outside with a drive through atm. When you walk in you will be greeted by a representative behind a podium, be sure you have your access number available and they will direct you toward the appropriate line/waiting area. Would strongly advise doing as much as you can online before coming as the line does get backed up.

Amanda Mohan1The way they treat their senior citizens is AWFUL!! I just witnessed this first hand & I'm disgusted by these rude, inconsiderate people making an 80 year old man wait over 20 minutes in pain for a quick transaction while literally about 30 people went ahead!
