  Great bank , friendly customer service always! Great atmosphere with free coffee and free coin counting if you have an account of course, their interest rates are fantastic on their bank accounts since it’s a credit union you know you’re getting the best service and the best deals. Their loan options for auto loans are super super reasonable I highly recommend this bank anybody looking for a credit union.

  I have been a member of Benchmark Federal Credit Union for over 10 years. The team is always helpful and knowledgeable. The free coin counter in the lobby is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

  My family and I have been using Benchmark FCU for years and they are great! Always provide great customer service! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful with any issues I may be experiencing (lost debit cards lol). Love my bank!

  Best customer service. I've been with Benchmark for over 20 years and they treat me like family and look out for my financial well being. Offer a lot of lending options and saving options.

  This is by far the worse financial institute I've dealt with. No response in an emergency event that happens outside banking hours nor weekends. Operators are not helpful and give you the run around over the phone.

  This is the worst credit union that ever existed in my humble but accurate opinion. I have many financial accounts and none have ever been used for fraud or have I had any problems with. This one has had three fraud events in the last twelve months. One of them, they gave me such a hard time about the refunds, I had to involve the police. If you look at my reviews you can see I often give people the benefit of the doubt. I would advise anyone looking for a financial institution to forego this one. If you have an account there, I recommend you close it right quick. That is all!

  Staff is always courteous and helpful. Electronic transaction are also very easy to process. Been with them since the 80’s.
