Tabitha Brown4Easy working with them and no automated over sees customer service! I bought a rainbow vacuum with a deposit (I did have good credit so they were happy to offer a loan) and was offered same as cash loan. I didn't want automatic drafts. No problem. They provided me with a payment booklet. The only con I had was when they changed addresses they notified me a month and a half late. So my most recent payment that I had already sent had to be forwarded to the new address and took some time to be cashed .

Pumpkin Pie1Very high interest rates that are charged depending on the state you live in, NOT based on your credit score. There is no point in paying more than the required monthly bill because the extra paid doesn't go towards the principal balance, only towards the ridiculous interest rate that is charged to the client BY THE DAY! They will call you and hang up when your bill is due, which is very nerve-wracking. The only plus working with this company is that I never had to talk to an automated person, and the CS reps I'd spoken to were always nice. Eight months into the loan, always paying more than required and I still wasn't making a dent in the actual loan amount. Made a large lump sum today and paid it off. Am glad to be done with them!

Linda Pallotta1This is the Worst company Ever!!! If you're even Thinking about getting a loan through them, Don't!! They will screw you every way possible, and it won't feel good. I was told so many things all of which weren't that way. They literally told me that they're able to charge up to a certain amount of interest, so that is what they do, regardless of how good your credit is. I tried to make a payment today, and was told that I could only speak to a supervisor, from now on, in order to make a payment. Of course, there wasn't one in at the time I called. Do yourself a favor ....don't get a vacuum and don't get a loan through this company... they are the Worst!! Their customer service isn't the best, either. You're lucky if you get a reasonable person to speak to. I could say so much more bad things, but I'll stop here. Just Don't do it.

Aly Dickinson2Without getting into to much personal detail, I missed a few payments due to financial issues during the pandemic. I made the full payment on one of my statements a few months ago and there has been nothing but issues since then. My statements have not been correct and stating I have over $300 due, I was told by one rep before getting that statement that everything should be fixed and my next payment coming out would be my regular payment plus a non sufficient funds fee, which was fine with me. That next payment did not have the fee on it, only our regular monthly payment. I was told over a week ago that the rep would send my account over to a supervisor to review, and I have not yet received an update on this and I am still getting called and being told my payment is late and they want to make arrangements with me despite all the notes on my account. Finally today I was told that a supervisor is looking into my account to see what is going on and they will put me in a different queue so I won't get called. I highly doubt this is the case and have a feeling I will continue to be called daily until a supervisor actually looks at this and figures out what is going on because the last people I have talked with have stated they don't know why I keep getting put in their dialing queue. Paying this loan off will be the best day ever because I am so sick of the issues and the calls. It is 100% our fault for missing payments, but we tried to make it right and feel like we have been punished for it since then. EDIT: I was able to speak with a supervisor and got everything figured out. They worked with me on a solution and were great. There was just a miscommunication on how payments are handled as far as partial payments and how payments over what the minimum monthly due are handled in the loan. I am satisfied with the outcome of the situation.

Hunter Duesler1Just don't do it period. Everything I agreed to was a lie. 3 years became 5 years no payment for 90 days turned into interest charges. I never agreed to a line of credit but what do you know they give you a credit line so they can tack on 2,000 that you owe them. I don't know if Hyla S&K Clean Air Solutions is the Monster in my nightmare or Belmont Finance but just don't do it period, BIGGEST mistake I've ever made. :( ** Not to bash anyone just hoping others can see this and not make the same mistakes i have **

Aleff Vinicius1Dont finance with this company. They have a system setup that will make your Iife impossible to pay their loan if you ever have to pay for the full term of your loan. Do not fall into their very dishonest promotion of the "no payment for 90 days", thinking you won't have to pay anything for those 90 days. They charge 0.04658% or more Periodic Daily Rate (depending on your credit score) for the time you don't pay them anything. Hyla Systems and Belmont Finance are the worse company I ever had to do business with. Don't recommend anyone to get their product and finance through them. Bad bad business! We deeply regret doing business with both of these companies.

Amie Moore1Lied about what they were offering. When I asked for payout I was told more than what I should have had to pay was given a 3 month deferment but now being told I owe even though I paid the ENTIRE thing off in one payment prior to 1st payment date! UPDATE: Yes they did go over everything on the phone and no that wasn't what I was told. Paid it off....again! but wouldn't ever recommend them to anyone! Can continue to try to justify the lack of customer service and lying to people as stated below, but I'm not the only one stating the same issue.

Angelina Story1Will never do business with this company again. After my loan is paid off, which I'm sure will be double by the time I'm done due to their high interest , I'll never let anyone in my family do business with them either. Raphile is the only one is customer service worth anytime. I was assured the situation would be handled the night that I called and spoke with him, he made specific notes and took details about the situation to make sure things were handled correctly and even made specific note of the overdraft fee being covered by them due to their payment posting before another payment coming out of my account and over drafting it. I Called the next day after their payment came out before the other one that was supposed to post first, which of course over drafted it and even tho that specific note was made and supposed to be handled (which was the absolute least they could do to help at this point considering I was calling to get a deferral, but I didn't call soon enough and the payment came out anyway) the women I talked to, sarah, acknowledged she saw the note but insisted their was nothing she could do because it wasn't a quote " Belmont error". Told me to call next month to get another deferral after being told that since the payment came out, they don't do refunds and there was nothing they could do. I appreciate the deferral idea for next month, but after telling them I probably wouldn't need it next month due to finally being back at work, that I needed it this month because the other payment coming out of my bank I couldn't get any type of time assistance on and that's what the money was for, Belmonts payment came out first and IN FULL, yet it STILL overdrafted my account and I was charged the fee. The same fee that I was told would be covered and handled the night before. The sooner I get this paid off and don't have to deal with this company, the better. Highly dissatisfied.
