  I am completely disgusted with the way Lisa talked to me. I have made sure I have called her to update her. Granted, I am late on my payments. She accused me of avoiding her when I didn't answer my phone... that's cut off at the moment. Mind you, the previous time we talked before that, I called her. I tried to explain to her what was going on when she called my job. She became extremely hateful towards me and said, "Look you owe me money, I don't owe you money." She wouldn't even give me a chance to explain myself. First off, they aren't even supposed to call your job. Second, I had a customer walk out of the store after hearing me try to talk to her. I eventually had to hang up because she wouldn't even give me a chance to talk. I am a single mom and I'm trying everything I can to get caught up. I would be coming in tomorrow to make a payment but after the way she talked to me, I'm afraid to even go up there. I may let this become a legal matter and bring up in court how she cost us business at my job. I have multiple friends in the loan business tell me what she did was wrong in every way. She needs to find a different job if she can't talk to people with respect.

  Lisa!! Rudest lady I've ever had to deal with when it comes to a loan. Never would I recommend this place because of her.
