  Mike was awesome!!! He was easy to work with, responded to us quickly, even replied to our questions on the weekends. He helped us get the lowest rate possible on our house, it would have been at least 1% higher through anywhere else. We are so glad we chose to get our mortgage loan through Bell Bank. We highly recommend going through Mike for your loan needs!

  I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike Pippin. As a first time home-buyer on a bit of a time crunch, I was very nervous to be embarking on this journey.   Mike Pippin was extremely helpful with setting up my mortgage. I had several questions about the process being a first time home buyer and he was patient and thorough. I asked to tweak some details as I reevaluated down payment and closing costs. Within a couple hours I had a new estimate of monthly payment, cash to close, and a complete breakdown of all costs. Mike along with Daniel Boniello reached out to make sure I didn’t have any questions and gave timely updates as the process moved along. I would highly recommend Mike Pippin, Daniel Boniello, and Bell Bank Mortgage to anyone looking to purchase or refinance.

  Cannot recommend Mike enough. I’ve done several mortgages, and this was my first time using Mike. It was hands down the best service and guidance I’ve ever had.   We had a great experience with Michael for both our home loan (a few years ago) and our refinance back in October. It was so easy to upload everything through my phone on the app. Michael and his team were so fast with everything, I'm pretty sure they were waiting on us to get everything squared away. We will definitely be using Michael and his team for our next home too!

  If you want an honest guy who will work hard to place you in your forever home or save you money through a refinance, Mike Pippin is the man! Mike is incredibly knowledgeable, he makes sure you understand every step of the mortgage process with thorough explanation, is patient like no other and truly cares about his clients.
