  THE BEST! Laura was so thorough and attentive while I went through the process of purchasing my first home.   Laura was EXCELLENT! We purchased our first home off market without a realtor, which would have been very overwhelming without Laura in our corner. She was very thorough and explained every single detail and answered every question. Looking back, I would have been very uncomfortable buying a house without my own realtor as an advocate, but Laura's experience in lending and home buying really eased my concerns.

  We first were referred to Laura Sykes by a wonderful realtor, Marty Kranz. We weren't sure if we should refinance now or in a year when our credit rating would be even better. So we called Laura. It was the easiest, and best decision. From that phone call to our closing date it was so smooth, quick, and painless. In less than a month Laura had written up all the paperwork, and figured out exactly what we asked for at the best interest rate. She is so kind, but mostly so efficient it litterly felt like we just changed our shoes instead of a big decision like refinancing.
