  I wanted to take the time to share my experience at this branch today. I have been with Affinity for 8 years now. I got preapproved for a car loan and got to the dealership after 4pm when the branch lobby was closed to pick up the car loan check for the dealership. They ended up letting me into the branch to complete the paperwork and get the check. Karen Burt even gave me a ride back to the dealership (because my husband had to leave to pick up our kids on time from daycare). This is the most over the top amazing I have had ANYWHERE in a LONG TIME!!! Highly recommend this bank and branch! Karen is the best!

  This credit union was the best out there they have really went down hill my branch is still only open 3 days a week . To get anything done takes so much time. Time to move on

  not open on weekends or Tuesday and Thursday. The days they are open they're only open 9-4. How am I ever going to get into the bank without taking time off work? what a joke. time to switch banks ASAP!

  Great to work with personally! Have also sent several dealership customers there, if we weren't able to help with financing and they were able to help them most of the time.

  Went to pump gas in my car and my card declined. Went online to affinity’s website to notice they used a check someone else wrote to... someone else... but used my money for the funds. I called to have it fixed and it took over an hour to get my money back at 5PM with my kids and I in the car stuck at a gas station. It was horrible, and affinity’s way of handling it was bad.

  Waited 5 minutes after hitting the button in the drive through before someone came. Currently its been another 10 minutes, still waiting for someone to come back. And there is only one other customer in there. Very frustrating with them wasting my time!! Usually love them.

  I would have scored them higher but they are never open. Makes it very hard for people who work nights.

  Lobby is still closed and with only one drive up window it takes forever to get anything done here. I'll be closing my accounts as soon as I can devote an hour to do so.

  I'm done with this place paranoid fools closed everything down they have no idea how people with real physical working conditions jobs are getting sidelined my credit has suffered because of there reckless decision to shutdown what is wrong with this country.

  this place gets your payments incorrect, deposited 50# had 10 in the account pulled 50$ and suddenly i have only 47$ in the account and im being overdrawn.
