  Joel Terrill and his team are absolutely the best at what they do, we have bought and sold several homes and this was by far the easiest experience we have had in years. Being self employed can be a little daunting as there are more loops to jump through when getting your loan. We were kept up to date with everything with no surprises, and our doc's were at title well before closing. Thank you Joel.

  Joel Terrill was my first mortgage rep. when I bought my home. He was fantastic made it stress free and easy.. I ended up refinancing my mortgage and returned to the same stress free and easy.....only because of Joel and Bell bank. Great team and easy peeazzy.
