  Kudos to Rich J. and Brett at Academy Mesa. The mortgage process is never easy on anyone, everybody's situation differs in number of ways. In a nutshell, my husband and I had relocated from another state, and neither of us have family here so needless to say time and money were running low with adjusting to the new state and staying at an extended hotel... These two guys saved us from so many disasters that another lender, Nova in Phoenix had caused us. After all the runarounds and failed promises Nova put us through and with the new lending law on the 45-day closing period, Rich and Brett managed to get us our dream house in 3 weeks! However, it wasn't without a few ups and downs, a lot more bad news than good, we lost the appraisal money as well as 45+ days with Nova. Whatever issue Nova claimed they couldn't solve, Rich and Brett managed to pull through and this comes to show there are still lenders out there that actually care! I would recommend Rich and Brett to anyone looking for a home loan. There's still hope yet! :)

  Jeremy Foster at Academy Mortgage AZ was incredible. From Pre-approval to close he explained the process and progress of the loan. The staff is very friendly and patient. A great experience I would recommend them to anyone.

  Very very Knowledgeable and professional. They work hard to produce a successful closing for the client and agent partners they work with. They are good at up front screening determining who is and who's not ready for a home loan and they can move the process along quickly and thoroughly to closing.
