  We worked with Bob through our first home buying experience. We realized very quickly that it was going to be a tough and stressful process, especially in this market. Bob was extremely helpful and transparent with all our financing options and the best ways to fit our situation properly to get exactly what we wanted. Bob was so responsive and helpful with every question or concern we had. He is very good at what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to take some of the stress out of the home buying process.

  I will work with Bob and his team for the rest of my life if I can! I felt so comfortable throughout the entire process. I was a first time homebuyer and had a lot of questions, so Bob took the time to thoroughly listen and help me understand each step. I wasn’t sure if and how much I would be able to borrow. Bob and his team helped me learn the basics, understand what price range makes sense for us, and explained things in a matter of fact, guilt free way.   My wife and I are both very glad that we found Bob as our mortgage lender. From our initial inquiry email all through to closing, Bob was extremely responsive and friendly. In a highly competitive market, it was very important to us we found someone who would be attentive, Bob was definitely that. As first time buyers who knew very little about the mortgage process, we really appreciated that Bob took the time to explain things in detail to us. He got to know us and our goals - and helped us plan accordingly. We had reached out to two other mortgage providers and no one gave us the same amount of service, and Bell's quotes were competitive/comparable to those other lenders. Going with Bob and Bell Bank was a no-brainer. He and his team made the mortgage process as smooth as could be - would definitely recommend to anyone!
