  I highly recommend working with Belinda. I just recently purchased my first home and Belinda made sure to go over all the documents in detail so I knew exactly what my opinions were, what I was paying for and helped make sure I got the best deal. I never felt like I couldn't ask a question if there was anything I was unsure of. Great experience and I will be sending everyone I know her way.

  Being a recent widow, I recently needed some help with some financing options as I was looking to purchase a 2nd home. So many options but so many questions! A friend of mine suggested I put in a phone call to Belinda to get a few answers. In our conversations, we weighed simply securing a conventional loan for the property; refinancing my current home; or selling another property of mine. Belinda did some research for me and got back to me very quickly. She took her time explaining things to me so I would have a clear picture as to how the financing would work with each scenario.
