  Great service and very friendly. Shout out to Ryan for finding solutions to my complex membership onboarding. Also overheard the team help other members and they were very respectful and friendly to everyone that came into the office.

  EDIT: Their branch manager contacted me and offered to remedy the situation. Lackluster customer service and awkward encounter Came here as a non-member to inquiry about a personal loan. Scheduled a consultation online prior and received multiple confirmations of the appointment. When I entered the office no one knew why I had come and didn't recognize that I had made an appointment online. The first rep that offered to help me didn't ask for my name or greeted me. After telling them that I was a non-member (something detailed in the appointment prior) they moved me to another rep. Again, I tell them why I came in and what I was looking for. They offered me another credit card and a credit line. Two items that did not revolve around what I needed. 30 minutes of repeating the same request for information I was able to get a document detailing some of the loan policies and interest rates. I only went here because a current BECU member recommended it and I wasn't satisfied with what my current credit union offered. This loan could be better but after that customer experience I'll keep looking.

  Went in for info about an auto loan and pre approval, and left with plant cuttings in hand as well! Wonderful service, very informative, love being a member!
