  Why recommend Alaska USA? First and foremost the customer service. Branch staff are always friendly. Phone calls are answered personally -- I appreciate talking to a person rather than a dim-witted voice menu system.

  I have to commend the staff on handling a difficult situation. Due to a policy they weren't able to do my transaction, but they calmly helped with what they could. I know what it's like when a policy blocks you from being able to assist a customer. I thought they handled it very well. So kudos to the team working there today.

  Unfortunately a very bad experience here. Tried to deposit a bit of money into my account, and they entered the account name wrong. Small issue, but the teller had no clue how to reverse this. They requested I sign to complete the transaction even though it was the wrong account, so they could "reverse it"! I said that didn't make sense and they got frustrated with me! Their colleague called over to them "He can't sign for someone else's account". I then stood around for 20 minutes for a very simple transaction to be sorted. I don't think any malice was meant (except the awkward confrontation where they asserted I needed to sign to deposit money into another account!), It just seems like a lack of training and quality. Hopefully it can be improved.

  Wonderful customer service ALWAYS! The tellers, assistant manager and manager are wonderful. I go every two weeks and they know me by face - almost by name - and have been extremely accommodating when I have an issue with a check. Will never bank with anyone but AKUSA again!

  I've banked with Alaska USA for three and a half years now and I wouldn't have it any other way. Most efficient, helpful & friendliest staff at all locations. Never had a bad experience!

  Went in for a transaction, was greeted and assisted immediately by friendly staff. Great experience. Clean bank and easy access right in downtown Seattle. Great job!

  We've banked with Alaska almost 5 years. The service is prompt and accurate and the bank has a "small town" atmosphere
