  Beatriz has helped my family with the purchase of two homes(and selling one). She made buying a new home a breeze, even in today’s market. All of our experiences with her have been above and beyond and she has helped us ensure we understand what was going on every step of the way. She is ALWAYS professional, and I knew I had someone representing me that I could trust. Hopefully we are settled for a while but we absolutely will be using her services again if we decided to sell or purchase a second home.

  It’s been about 3 months since I finally got the keys to my new home. I been meaning to thank Beatriz Espinoza at Simple Lending & Realty Inc. I’m in love with my home and it’s all thanks to her. Being a first time home buyer was easier than I thought thanks to her. I would recommend her hands down to everyone. Especially those here in San Luis Obispo County.   Beatriz helped us buy our house in Paso Robles. She is very friendly, approachable, and resourcefulness when it comes to represent you when buying a house. I was really impressed, and appreciative, with her dedication and passion. She made all the necessary arrangements to make sure the process went as smooth as possible. When there was documentation in need of attention, Beatriz was there to go over the details and answer any questions or concerns we might had. I was really impressed when she was willing to knock doors at houses around the neighborhood where we wanted to buy the house. I didn’t think there was a realtor to go this far in helping clients get the house they really want. Beatriz is a realtor you can trust for your next home purchase. She will make you next home purchase a pleasant one. I highly recommend her.
