  phone operators are nice, however when it comes to payment questions online they can be very vague. It's a little frustrating due to not being familiar with their website and trying to make my payments online as indicated pretty much, I don't have a choice, since they will start charging $15 if payments are done over the phone.

You an make loan payments quickly and easily through online banking and our mobile banking app. If you prefer, you can also make payments from an account at another financial institution by using Loan Pay.   Story short, I attempted to make a payment 2 times online and via phone 3 times but my payment was never withdrawn by this bank. The 3 times I called the representatives were unable to take a payment from me and I was told that someone was calling me back to take my payment. I sent multiple emails but still I have not get a phone call. The thing is that now I received a letter from this bank stating that I’m late on my payment. The unprofessional way and not logical answers I get from the representatives are very frustrating. I was told they could not take my payment because my checking account is not with this bank this is one of a few excuses.

  Over the top customer service and friendly staff from the top down! The way banking was back in the when customers mattered.
