  Working with Mandi was a fantastic. This has been our 3rd time working with Mandi, whether it was in buying a new home or refinancing our current home.   Gina is the BOMB! She is so helpful, kind and knows her job well. She has helped us twice, my two nephews and brother in law on purchases and refinances. If there is a better option out there she will let you know or if that type is loan isn't great for you she will explain why. As long as she is doing loans we will be using her.

  My husband and I worked with Gina Johnson. This was our first time buying a home and she made everything so easy and understandable! I LOVED how available she made herself to answer our every question. There were times when I would think of something at 8:30 at night and she always answered whenever I called her! She was incredible! All the paperwork that we submitted was processed quickly and everything went smoothly! We were able to close on our house exactly 30 days after submitting our offer. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!

  Gina Johnson is the Best! Honestly, when my real estate agents did NOT have our best interest at heart... I'd call Gina and talk it out with her, options, possibilities, norms of buying a house, expectations for the process. We closed on our house in 3 weeks. She walked me through a ton of scenarios with different loans. I don't usually recommend people unless they are EXCEPTIONAL. I would recommend Gina to anyone. I would also recommend Amber Stevenson
