  I’ve used Academy Mortgage and Brian Heiser’s team for a mortgage and a refinance. The whole process was smooth and efficient; there were absolutely no ‘gotchas’ or issues. Communications and efficiency are paramount, and the team at Academy did an excellent job at both.   I loved being able to use e-signatures for everything and being able to do it all from home on my own time. It was great that I didn't have to live out on the Wasatch Front in order to have Brian Heiser as my loan officer. The convenience of doing everything over the Internet or through phone calls was absolutely amazing! I enjoyed the short videos that were sent along the way to help me understand the loan process and felt like I had just enough contact with Academy and Brian to not be left in the dark or overwhelmed with too much info. Brian was very patient with all of my questions and never made me feel bad for asking so many. I knew I could ask him anything and he would give a very thorough, honest, and timely response. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
