  The Banking members of Beacon Federal Credit Union in Baytown, TX. has always been exceptional with their customer service. The banking members always make sure you leave with a smile and will always make you feel like family. Please make sure if you need a loan, you see Ms. Greene. She has been my loan manager for ten (+) years. She is amazing! Ms. Greene will hopefully always be my loan manager!

  I have been a member for 37 years and the service is impeccable! Gayle is so friendly and honest. I have found that everyone I have worked with to be compentent. BFCU provides the best customer service. A real person will return your call; which is so reassuring in this technological age!

  Beacon FCU has taken incredible care of my family for as long as we have been members. Through the death of my husband, the transfer of assets, to my money market and IRA accounts, beneficiaries and even my regular day-to-day banking; Gayle Greene and her team have walked with me every step of the way, providing expert guidance to ensure my interests are secure and protected. They are a phone call away whenever I them. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.

  Been banking with them for years and have always had excellent customer service. They truly want to help you. Been to both La Porte and Baytown but mainly deal with Baytown. Jonathan there in Baytown was incredibly helpful and went way out of his way to take care of us.

  I’ve been a member of this credit union for decades and have used the Baytown branch almost exclusively, I cannot say enough about Jennee and the outstanding service I receive there, whether it’s helping my 89 year old mom with her savings account or just different loans, personal or in general, I always can count on Jennee Trader and Beacon Federal Credit Union...

  This is the worst bank I have ever had and I have been banking for 20 years. The customer service is terrible and they charge fees for everything. credit unions are supposed to be known for helping its members but this Credit Union only looks out for itself. They will charge overdraft fees even if something is overdrafted by $0.03 as they did with me and then they refused to refund the overdraft even though I never had an overdraft in my life. The lady was rude and said she's not going to argue with me and then I had no choice they've taken their money. I had fraud on my account which originally caused the overdrafts. Even though the fraud money was returned they said it's not their fault the account was Frauded and refused to return the overdraft fees. All 3 branches I've experienced the same rudeness when the credit union is in a position to help it's members but costing the bank pennies. They are a small credit union so they have to try and scam their members out of every dime they have. They promised me they would return my ATM fees if I qualified. I qualified every month but never saw a dime....lies...lies....lies. THERE ARE MUCH BEYTER CREDIT UNIONS IN THE AREA. PLEASE RESEARCH SHELL CREDIT UNION, COMMUNITY RESOURCE CREDIT UNION, AND TDECU IN BAYTOWN, LAPORTE, PASADENA, AND CLEAR LAKE. THESE CREDIT UNIONS WONT STEAL FROM YOU. HEDE MY WARNING BEFORE THEY TKE YOUR MONEY TOO.
