  It am a long time member and haven't had any issues with BFCU. Manager Travis Belden helped me immensely with my complicated auto loan process. It took me almost a year to find the car I wanted, and when I came into the branch office he quickly remembered me and the details of my loan. Allover, I enjoy banking here and like the convenience of this branch. Everyone is friendly, efficient and professional.

  Travis helped me secure a loan for my new car and he absolutely killed it! This was my first time buying a car and I had so many questions I had to have sent him 100 emails but he stayed patient and helped me get everything in order and made it completely painless

  I am Truly Happy, I have found this credit Union. They truly care so much for the community. Not just that but, I am glad that I made a switch from my previous Credit Union. They wouldn’t offer or wanted me to refinance my vehicle or even to move forward with new lower rates. I finally decided to switch to Beacon FCU and I’m so happy they were able to give me a way better rate, lower payments. Also, their staff is very kind and easy to work with. I am looking forward to growing my Finances with this credit Union and glad to be a member of this caring business to our community. #TeamBEACONfcu

  First of all the Deer Park location inside of HEB is awesome. I’ve been doing business there since it opened. Travis Belden has personally help me with several loans. I appreciate all the attention to detail he brings in assisting me with my banking needs.

  This will sound ironic but every time I come to get quarters they never have. What bank or credit union should run out of money? 😒 hmm!! This place is very dissapointing. I thought by having a location closer will benefit me but I found out that is not tye case because still I have to go to main one to obtain what I need plus better service. Shame, shame, shame!!
