  Working with Chad at Bridgeview Mortgage was a great home refinancing experience. Chad was diligent in making sure every step of the way I knew what was going on, unlike many other mortgage companies I have worked with in the past. I would definitely recommend Chad Simmons to anyone buying a home or refinancing. Bridgeview mortgage with Chad Simmons provided the lowest rates on the market, I shopped around, there was no pressure the whole time. I cannot say enough good things about this whole refi experience. Being a Veteran Chad got me a VA Loan, waived my VA funding fee for being 10% or more disabled, and my lender fees to $0.00 for being a Veteran. So that helped me save a ton of money! If you are a Veteran and need a loan there really is not another Choice out there. Thank You Chad for all of your hard work and dedication to your customers.

  Great experience working with Chad Simmons refinancing our home with a VA 30 year fixed loan @ 3.5%. He was knowledgeable and tireless in explaining all the details and crunching the numbers.   When I made a general inquiry about refinancing I received many calls, but only one personalized email. That email was from Chad Simmons. He followed up and I never even spoke with another lender. Throughout the process Chad was very supportive and resourceful. We had some challenges with the VA and other issues obtaining necessary information. Chad did not focus on the problems, but rather he came up with ideas and solutions. This loan has facilitated a major positive change for us. There are many people in the industry who claim to do what Bridgeview Bank and Chad Simmons do. They don't! I also want to acknowledge Sandra Guillen for her assistance, patience and thoroughness. It was a pleasure working with her. It takes a village!!

  Bridgeview Bank Mortgage and especially Chad Simmons did a great job walking us through the mortgage process with a difficult refinance of our home. We were able to get a very competitive rate and the loan officer Chad was always available when we had questions along the way. I liked how I was able to receive emails and electronic copies of all the documents and was able to do almost everything online. The instructions and personal interactions were very straightforward and clear which made a very daunting process much easier to handle. With all the legal jargon you have to navigate, Bridgeview and Chad’s team did a great job of guiding us though each step of the process with clear instructions on what was needed and how to keep the process on track. They arranged for me to sign all the paperwork while I was traveling out of state on business so that I wouldn’t lose my locked in rate. I highly recommend Bridgeview for their great customer service and superior level of communication with us throughout this process. Chad went above and beyond the scope of his own duties in order to get us approved and closed on time. He worked with the underwriters, kept me informed during all phases of the process, and quickly efficiently managed around and through any delays or obstacles which could impact our successful closing.

  Chad Simmons and Bridgeview Bank made my mortgage refinance the easiest process I have EVER been through with any mortgage transaction I have ever had. This is my fifth house and first refi and if I need to get a mortgage in the future or another refinance, Bridgeview and Chad will be who I reach out to without a doubt. When Chad and I first talked, I wasn't sure that my house would appraise at the value of my current loan balance as a result of the housing debacle in Florida. Chad was able to show me all of the pros and cons of getting the appraisal done to see if I would be able to move forward. Every other company I talked with practically hung up on me when I mentioned that I might still be underwater. Chad on the other hand spent a tremendous amount of time ensuring that I was comfortable moving forward. Once the appraisal came in with a positive number, we were off and running! Chad ensured that I knew what was happening each step of the way and always returned my calls when I had any questionss. I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Chad Simmons and Bridgeview Bank Mortgage!!

  We closed 30 yr fixed rate at 4.125% and our experience with Chad Simmons and Bridgeview Bank was great. When we ran into issues Chad and his fellow employees went well beyond the norm to ensure that all paperwork was correct prior to signing and when small issues arose he was there lending a helping hand by trying to help locate a local UPS while I was away on business to help my wife. He was straight up and told us up front what to expect and there were no hidden fees or charges, he is also helping us get back a small fee that we had to pay out of pocket. He is a very honest man and it was a wonderful experience working with Mr. Chad Simmons. If you are looking to refinance, he is the man that you need to see.
