  The New Oxford. Pa. BB&T Branch has been 5 *'s for many yrs. Why are they closing this handy Branch July, 2021????? Making it more challenging at this time is despicable. Very upset. ....

  I had business to attend to at this location. Before I could go in, I was sitting in the parking lot finish up a conference call for work. The next thing I know, the police show up! They said they were called because I looked "suspicious". Guess I didn't pass the paper bag test enough for them.... Needless to say, I will not be returning.

  Very sad for losing this bank New Oxford Is a town of things of not much of, you have to drive to Gettysburg or Hanover to do anything,when you are over 65 it's nice to have a bank you worked with over the years and trust in your own town, now in July I will have to join another bank in town and start over.

  Very happy with our experience with BBT. This location has excellent customer service and the staff is very accessible when I have any questions. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

  Absolutely the WORST bank ever Not just this branch, universally the BB&T system is horrible I highly suggest if you are looking for a bank that you can rely on, don't choose BB&T!

  9-5 and 9-6 hours leave more to be desired. Disappointed. Otherwise, service is satisfactory. Nothing outstanding, but a bank, nonetheless.
