  Every single month they threaten to turn me into collections for my home mortgage. I have auto withdrawal on my account and somehow they try to tell me that I’m paying late. It’s never an issue of not having the money in my bank it is always with them. I just received a statement in the mail saying I haven’t paid my bill in six months even though I just went through this routine with them the past three months, and each and every time they told me that my account was up-to-date and they don’t know why I got that notice.

  Bayview just recently purchased my mortgage from another lender. One star is more than they deserve. For over a month I've been getting threatening letters from them demanding proof of insurance. I faxed, emailed and mailed them the correct information and they still opened a second home owners policy that they say I'm financial responsible for. Their website is constantly down and trying to contact them by phone is almost impossible. There is something really off about this company.

  We were sold to this company while we were buttoning up a short sale with Chase on a property we needed to unload. Bayview wanted us to resubmit all the information and start the whole process over again. They refused to let the house go for what three investors were willing to pay for it (which was more then generous being the property has significant structural issues and mold). I feel bad for anyone that is stupid enough to buy this house from them for 3 times what it's worth.

  Bayview was not good to work with. They are unwilling to fax or email payoff info, which forced me to reschedule my closing. They take 48 hours to prepare payoff statements and are only willing to snail mail them out. Additionally, when I asked why my agent why she wasn't returning my emails she said she doesn't reply to emails, only takes calls.

  One of our workers had some dealings with the Florida office of the bank for a mortgage payment which the workers sent, in good faith, to Bayview. Bayview gave the workers back the money, then, without cause cancelled the check causing the workers bank account to be overdrawn. Bayview likely lined their pockets with the money they stole from the workers as well as from others.

  This company is fraudulent, can't be trusted and will cause you to curse their name. They have NEVER provided me with a mortgage statement, Citibank made them the servicer, I curse their name too, but yet they say I'm months behind. Granted my loan is less than $20,000.00, but let them tell it, it's behind thousands of dollars, yet I just received my 1099 tax form and I paid $1,500.00 in interest, and $1,800.00 in taxes,so how can I not be paying?????? They make up charges, they change the payment amounts without rhyme or reason. They add "fees" without justification or documentation. I will be getting an attorney to assist me, and I believe with all the bad reviews I have seen, a class action lawsuit seems to be in order. I have never had so much trouble from a company that I pay every month. I'm assuming this company is associated with Bayview Loan Servicer, LLC

  This company is a complete joke. I don't understand how they continue to be in business. Before you even think of using these losers look on the Consumers Affair web site on the thousands of complaints about this garbage company. Many heartbreaking real life situations that Bayview has worked hard to destroy people's dreams. Yes I have had limited dealings with them but was fortunate to realize in 1 phone call they are sharks praying on the less fortunate. Please run fast from them. Save yourself and your family another way. UPDATE: Still garbage in 2019.

  I worked with Bayview for 3-4 months providing the info they needed to consider a loan modification . The process was long and the paperwork was redundant at times and the stress factor of possibly losing our home was high! However, I always provided the info they needed in a timely fashion and Bayview came back with a loan modification that was totally unexpected . They understand that bad things can happen to good people. Thank you Bayview for assisting us in saving our home.

  Bayview is holding an illegal mortgage to a piece of property in NW AR that they gave to someone that never owned the property. They are trying to foreclose on said property that was paid for in cash a number of years ago. The people that they sent in a few years ago stole a lot of my belonging. I thought this had been taken care of, but they are at it again. The County Sheriff is aware of the problem. Charges will be pressed if this is not stopped. You can go to the courthouse, and find the rightful owner of said property.

  Worst mortgage company I've ever worked with. Our payment never cleared on time because of their system. We get 2-5 recorded phone calls a day saying we are behind. Which isn't true. Can't wait to move so I can pick up my old mortgage company again.
