  Tim and his entire crew was absolutely amazing throughout the entire loan process. We had a few options for lenders but union home was highly recommend to us and i am glad we went with them. Everyone that we enteracted with was professional and helpful which made us confident that we would not have any issues with the funds we needed. Also, the team acted quickly to ensure we could get the best rate when they jumped recently. I feel that if we went with another company we would not have been as fortunate. We are beyond satisfied with our experience.

  Tim and his team are the best in business! Being a non citizen i was skeptical of my chances of owning a home. But Tim made it possible and painless from start to finish! Taking into account i am first time homebuyer, he took all the time needed to answer my questions and educate me. I always felt that he got my back and that i have a go-to person when it comes to mortgage. Highly appreciate his time and work to make this possible for my family! Would recommend to anyone without any doubt!

  I cannot put into words how grateful I am that I was referred to Tim Brigham and his team!! Purchasing a home can be very stressful, but working with this team made it exciting and fun!   This team is sooooooooo excellent! Tim was the guru of everything! He called us and walked us through everything ( I mean that) Jeff was our go to! He walked us through every document, what documents of integrity were, the rules and all!! He was kind and really showed a genuine heart to help! Karoline was the grand slam! I mean she knows her stuff and she didn't play any games about our paperwork and underwriting process! This team got us closed in less than 30 days! They are absolutely PHENOMENAL! I never felt that this was just about money or getting my business, but that they really wanted my family to succeed in this process! My husband said , “ Union Home made the process so seamless, it was almost like we weren't even going for a house ” -Reggie Romaine

  What a stress-free and great experience I had working with Tim! I had a lien on title with the city of Chicago that needed to be released and Tim's team was somehow able to get it released in less than a week. I'd you've ever dealt with Chicago city hall you'd understand that this release taking less than a week is nothing short of amazing. More important Tim's team kept me informed through the entire process and there were no surprises! Application to close was two weeks!! Highly recommend for making what should be a stressful process seem like a walk in the park!!

  I had a fairly unique situation and two other lenders were not able to or not interested in helping. My renter was attempting to refinance/purchase the townhome he was renting from me. It was a contract sale and had been through the legal aspects and filed with the county so it made the refi a bit more complicated. Thankfully, Tim and his team had experience with this type of purchase and was able to make it happen. As complicated as it seemed to be, again, Tim and his team were fabulous to work with - Tim and team, myself and my renter were all in different states (Illinois, North Carolina, and Iowa). They kept things moving quickly, worked with both myself and the renter to ensure that the team had everything they needed and frankly, just incredibly pleasant to work with. I really can't express how satisfied I am with UHM but more specifically, this team. They are shining examples of the experience that mortgage companies/banks should do for their clients. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with his team and would absolutely recommend them for any new home purchase or a refi.

  I worked with Tim for my first-time home buying experience in 2019. I stumbled upon the perfect home for my needs, but was completely unprepared to purchase. Tim work closely with me from pre-approval through closing, making all of the information digestible for a first time buyer and providing consistent updates along the way. Any obstacles we ran into were addressed promptly. He has a great team to support all of his efforts. Worked magic with the dept. of veterans affairs to reconcile an unusual report on my credit that would have stopped me for closing. Truly an amazing and thorough team. Highly recommend!
