  I was recommended Mr. Frank Cwalina of Bayside Mortgage Service Inc. by a fellow veteran and first responder from work when I was down and explaining that I was a victim of a predatory loan back in 2006 and on top of that the market was horrible during these times. Within 6 months of buying my home its value decreased and I was upside down 14 years. Over the years I tried refinancing, loan modifications, and even considered walking away. Finally in 2021 I thought I could break even and sell. I hired a jack-leg real estate agent who failed to sell my house and failed to find me a house and had my house on the market for 3 months losing money. I was so ready to just give up and move into an apartment. On a last chance for hope, I reached out to Frank and he worked hard to get me a refinanced loan and gave me hope. Even though I didn't get a new home, Frank got me a new loan at 2.6 30 fixed and shaved $1000 a month off my monthly payments! During the process he always was clear what I needed to get to him and made himself always available during the process. Frank gave me hope again and I highly recommend him and he looks out for veterans and first responders!!!! I will forever be grateful!!!!

  As a Realtor it is always a pleasure to work with Frank. He knows his stuff and is easy to get in touch with. We recently called him during our showing from a property to ask him how much their mortgage payment would be on that property at the top of their price range. Frank was able to give the Buyer right over the phone a true number. I could see the relief come over their face knowing they could buy the home and stay within their budget.

  This is our second time using Frank at Bayside Mortgage Services. He helped us get the original mortgage on our home. A year or so later, interest rates dropped. There are a ton of loan services making “great” offers on Re-Fis for Veterans and active duty folks. I had what I thought was a “great rate” from one provider. As I read over the details, it looked like I was getting taken for a ride. I called Frank and asked him what he could do for me. Fast Forward, Frank locked me into a great rate, dropped a lot of extra fees the other guys wanted to charge me, and got my monthly rates lowered. I recommend giving Frank Cwalina a call to see if he can help you too. Thank you, Frank. Keep up the great work.

  I am a first time home buyer and Frank made my experience go very smoothly. He was extremely helpful from the beginning of the pre qualifying process until the day we went and I signed for my home. Whenever I had questions he would answer me quickly and get me the information I needed. He was very helpful and very personable.
