  My Wife and I just settled into our dream home after many years of searching. Our transaction went as smoothly as one could ever have asked for. Leading up to this settlement I have been in contact with Ability Mortgage Group for near (4) years. Peter and his team were consistently responsive and accurate in answering my many questions. This was my third settlement with them and would not hesitate to use them again. I have personally recommended friends and they too had excellent experiences. Peter is extremely professional yet with a laid back and positive attitude which I have repeatedly found to be an important piece in what can be a stressful experience for some. To top it all off once our mortgage was finalized the monthly payment was even lower then expected! Our real estate transaction had the best team of Realtor and Lenders we could have ever asked for.
