  Had a great experience at this credit union. It felt more personal and I don't feel like just another number at this credit union. Looking forward to big business with this credit union. Ask for the branch manager; Melissa. She is phenomenal, highly recommended her!!!

  I've never been to this location physically, but I've had the pleasure of working with Nicole Waters in Consumer Lending and let me tell you, she's a gem. I've sent her numerous emails about different topics and she is always so prompt and friendly with her responses. If she doesn't know it, she finds the answer and responds back as soon as possible. She makes me want to continue doing business with this bank. I hope management sees this because she definitely deserves to be recognized. 🙂

  I WOULD NOT recommend banking anywhere other than here. First time in Bayport today... I believe that the employees represent the bank & their intentions. I feel confident in having a relationship with a bank that cares about me, my financial health, and protecting my money. I have only dealt with banks that treat me like a number. I was treated like someone today! I was not invisible, I was heard, I was thought about... This bank exceeded my expectations. Ms. Tomeka & Ms. Denise are two women that made a statement on behalf of bayport today. I can’t wait to transfer my direct deposit on Monday, it’s necessary that this bank account for my money, I almost want them to account for my life! I feel safe & confident in this bank’s capabilities, I feel that this bank is underrated, and I wish more people knew about them. There would be MANY banks closing down.

  I spoke with Rachel A. Hartberger after my wife was told she was eligible after a skip payment that turned out to be a complete lie or as Rachel calls it a “suggestion”. The problem I had was that when a representative tells you something you are able to do and then you’re told your not I feel they should be held accountable. When I spoke to Rachel she had a snappy and unprofessional and smart attitude when I tried to explain why we were frustrated but instead of being understanding she decided to go back and forth and argue her points. When I explained how a representatives lies should be held accountable just how we are for not paying our bills she stated “ when someone tells you something it’s not a contract it’s more of a suggestion” meaning that they can tell you whatever they want over the phone basically. I personally do not recommend Bayport credit union and will report them to the better business bureau considering not once did they apologize for the lies and all they did was continue to make excuses to cover themselves.

  Awesome location. I used to go here multiple times a week to take care of business transactions and normal banking needs and never had issues. Staff was always polite and knowledgeable, had I not moved locations at work I would still be going here.

  Ruined my perfect credit, my dreams, and made me rideless by wrongfully repossessing my 2011 camaro 2ss. Took advantage of me being in Oklahoma due to my Grandfather (that practically raised me and was my best friend) losing his battle with cancer. All I wanted was my camaro back and credit fixed but instead I am having to go to Navy Legal to get it back. If you can avoid this bank do it at all cost.

  Lovely bank, the staff are super helpful and nice. They are also taking excellent precautions with covid so it feels safe to bank there at this time.

  Would not recommend this location. Teller pretended to not be able to locate my account then took me through the 4 step verification process for a DEPOSIT
