Mark Reyna1This bank is so antiquated. Cannot do anything online including ACH's even changing your address. They make you go to the branch for everything. Telephone support closes at 5 PM. Bank is from the ice ages. If you want modern day conveniences RUN don't walk from here!

Boston ITS2The bank staff are always nice but the bank itself functions as if it were in the 1990s. ACH transfers are the longest I've ever seen at about 1 week, same for mobile check deposits, takes days to post and when it does post it takes a day or two to be available, the bank does not support instant transfers like from PayPal or Stripe, the online website is not very good from a user interface point of view, the bank's various rates aren't really competitive, and branches are all in Worcester making them a local bank vs state-wide. It's a shame really, they could be very good if they just update their technology but instead are less than mediocre, frustrating, and not good at all for heavy hitters.

It is true that certain ACH clearing times were taking longer than usual, and this was due to an uptick in ACH fraud attempts being made across the industry. You should find that ACH transfer times are faster than they were. In addition, we do offer a quick transfer solution, Zelle, and we do have customers sending and receiving funds through PayPal, etc. We are also always looking for ways to improve our website and online banking, the latter of which now has numerous options available for customizing your UI. George Rizkalla1Googled the bank before visiting, 4 branches that were supposed to be open to 6:00 PM were closed on Friday. You would think the bank would update their hours at least.
