  Initially I had been dealing with PRMI, another mortgage company that was referred. The mortgage process with them was very unpleasant and unprofessional. They dropped me 5 days before close after repeatedly saying we were good then requiring something else, and left me in a very bad spot. I reached out to John Hunter with Fidelity after that happened. He was very professional, down to earth, cared about the situation I was in, and worked very hard to get us to a closing date in three weeks!

  My experience with this company was amazing. The entire staff was genuinely friendly, professional and so easy to work with. The are very knowledgeable quick abs efficient. I had to buy and move into a house in less than 30 days and with their assistance it happened. So grateful to have them helping me .
