  Todd and his whole team made my experience as a first time home buy so easy and smooth I never want to work with anyone else. I talked with my bank and two other lenders before talking with Todd and I am so glad I didn't settle for working with any other team. Todd's team at Bay Equity was able to secure a fantastic rate, provide me with a pre-approval letter quickly, and moved through escrow at the speed of light! If I ever had a question or needed clarification it was easy to text or call and I always got a response within minutes. I would use them again and I highly recommend their services! I also got a gift of kitchen shears once escrow closed, how cool!

  Recently refinanced my home loan with Todd Struyk and crew through Bay Equity and I am so glad I found them! Even in the middle of a pandemic, this was the smoothest refinance I have ever experienced, and I’ve done several. I never even left my home. All required documentation was exchanged through their easy to use web portal. Todd, Tanner, Chris, Linda, Lupita and Christopher were very friendly, helpful and professional. Before we even got started, Todd told me what to expect and there were no issues or “surprises”. Todd and his crew also did a refinance for two friends of mine and they were also very pleased with their work. Give them a call. You will be glad you did!

  As I was clueless about home purchasing process, our realtor recommended working with Todd and Bay Equity. Todd scheduled a meeting with us for free, and helped us understand the process, while answering any question we had. As a first time home buyers, it wasn't easy understanding the real estate jargon, but Todd was very helpful explaining everything to us. He was always available on the phone, spending his time answering promptly to any question we could think of. In California it's never easy buying a house, especially during a global pandemic! But Todd was able to close on our mortgage very fast, in less than 3 weeks. It was critical for us to be able to close fast, as there were a few offers on the table. Todd also was able to per-approve us in one business day so we can put an offer on the house very quickly. Of course he was also able to offer us great interest rate.
