  Ms. Lidia Felix paid attention to the smallest of details throughout my whole loan process from start to finish. She answered all my questions in a timely manner.   Silently introduced in a 6k (=200% increase) on origination costs surreptitiously in the documents, slipped that into the dozens of documents Ms. Felix told us to sign, and when later asked about it, some two bosses up refunded part of it after hearing the facts, but overall the experience was jarring. Simply can't trust Ms. Felix, or her parent Bay Equity (owned by Redfin), and they work apparently under the presumption of "We merely have to disclose (in voluminous paperwork), and if we surprise you unpleasantly, that's your problem)."

  Watch out with this company. Was going to a refi with them and were going to over charge me. Took almost a year to hear back from them too. They're only in it for the money. I suggest going with your current mortgage company for a refi.
