  Have been coming here for 3 years now and every year I leave very satisfied with the services. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Mrs Adrianna is very friendly, professional, honest and helpful. I highly recommend anyone to come and get their taxes done here.   You Don't have enough star's 🤩🤩 I'll say this , it's my 4th year filing taxes for my Business Taxes (🚛) and Personal Taxes and I walk out smiling every single Year! She's the best, kind of expensive, but you get what you pay for!!

  I have been trusting others to do my taxes and I was recommended Gladys R Wilson, I received bad review as well and I decided to go in myself. I was VERY impressed with the service, they took care of my 2019 & 2020 taxes and gave me payment arrangements. I also have taxes that were never filed from a previous years and they are taking care of that now as we speak. I will say to anyone that wants to be represented properly, professionally and the best results try it, I believe you will have the same outcome as I did. Satisfied.

  If you are planning to do your taxes here DONT! Besides that they are really pricey which is why you would think they would do a great job they actually don’t! I did my taxes here for the past 2 years and last year they made a mistake on my taxes and never did anything to fix the issue but on the contrary they blamed it on me and did not want to accept their mistake the person in charge there even laughed at me when I called to complain which was totally disrespectful and rude. I requested the refund for what I paid to do my taxes and they refused they had promised to help take care of my issue and never did I had to fix it on my own directly with IRS. The owner at Chicago office knew I was correct and they still didn’t do anything! I emailed them a few times and they only offered to pay late fee For $8000 I owed to IRS which was like $30. Do not go here save your money and go somewhere else!

  My father went there 2 weeks ago and i was there witnessing everything. If I could give zero stars i would. Very unprofessional, disorganized, clueless and assume everybody is dumb and not informed. My father waited 6 hours only to find out that they wanted to charge me $400 for simple regular taxes. I asked why were they charging me so much and gave no good reason. I left and had my taxes done somewhere else and they charged $100 even for the exact same result on my taxes.

  Most unprofessional experience. If I could give no stars I would. I had an appointment, came in early, but was not called up until an hour and a half later. After that, everyone was just so persistent on not letting me leave until I signed a contract for their services. After waiting for so long I had to use the bathroom, they showed me to it but before I could go in, they said “ but you can’t leave”. I left like a criminal! Like they finally busted someone and were booking them. There was not one moment of professionalism. They briefly explained they would most likely be spending 10 hours on the work I needed done and that each hour is charged at $150 an hour. How could they make this assumption?! They had yet to even ask for my name, phone number or better yet WHAT I NEEDED done. All they cared about was securing their pay.

  TERRIBLE service and over priced!! Do not bother going here! Very disappointing! Waited for over THREE HOURS to get my taxes done!! They open at 9am but the owner Adrian Wilson strolls In at 1130am leaving the customers waiting For her. They rush to get here tea, order her breakfast and play her religion Music as she arrives. Very unorganized, unprofessional, and very a chaotic atmosphere! No one seems to know what they doing. The lady who printed and assembled my taxes took over 25 minutes and looked lost and kept asking Questions. They are more concerned about ordering their food Than tending to their customers! I am surprised they are still In business.

  I have been using Tax Services from Gladys Wilson & Associates for both my Business and Personal for the past 8 years. Recently I owed a large amount personally to the IRS. Adriana- reviewed my records, and many years of past expenses and filed an OIC Offer In Compromise with the IRS. The re-payment plan results were very low. I highly recommend them.
