BOA Bonita Road -After multiple attempting to go into this bank (Closed). I finally was able to catch them open. I asked the Teller what did I need to do to close my savings account he said withdraw all of the money. I asked is that it he confirmed yes. I received my statement with a -$8 (service fee) because the account was not closed! How about training your employees.

I’ve never had a bad experience with Bank of America until visiting this branch today. It wasn’t the wait it wasn’t the fact that they couldn’t help me cash the check that got me upset but the fact that she was talking to the person next to me instead of me, the account holder. She was pushing me and the person with me to use another bank. Now who pushes their clients away like that to use the competition? I hadn’t been rude or anything I just asked for an explanation. She knew she messed up and retook her rude approach and started attempting to be nice. The “assistant manager” was called for assistance but she too was rude in her explanation as to why her rep would refer to open an account with another bank. Overall I’m happy with the bank but not these two lady’s the one with bright yellow toasty short hair and the assistant manager need to take some classes on providing good customer service and sharpening their communication skills. If it was my business and my employees told my customers to use the competition they would not be working very long with me. I hope someone in higher management sees this and reaches out to me so I can explain to them in further detail my horrible experience with this branch. All other branches in Chula Vista have been good so no I’m not going with the competition will just try to avoid these two ladies. Shouldn’t be hard to identify who these two bad apples are since it’s Thursday 12:00 only two tellers working right now.

No empathy. All the bank cares about is taking money from their own customers . They should be called “Bank of no heart America”

ATMs are regularly out of cash and have difficulty accepting bills in deposit so you end up having to go inside the bank anyway, defeating the purpose of making a quick ATM stop. The lines are long and there is only one staff member helping with a line of 10+ people, you're looking at half hour wait to just make a deposit. Avoid avoid avoid.

I am a Platinum honored customer for 30 plus years and this branch staff are rude and not listening to customers ,as soon as you approached them they give you customer service number to get an answer. They have a job because of customer like me so get your work ethics get straighten out otherwise you will loose lot of customers to complettior bank right across.i am extremely disappoint about the branch manager and her staff. They always talked in Spanish thats rude also. Manager sits on her chair and acting like she is working by looking at screen , if more than 2 or 5 people in line then instead of sitting on the chair , come on the floor and greet customers and ask them if they need help while waiting in a line. Manager has no work ethics . Hope Marketing manager review it carefully and take an action to serve better .

I've had good experiences there. From opening a trust account (which is no fun, I can tell you) with Alicia, to turning in Kenyan dollars, to requesting Euros, and just your every day banking. I find everyone there very friendly. If there is a line, it's not the tellers fault, you just happened to draw the short straw and showed up when it was busy. Play Trivia Crack on your phone if you are stuck in a long line. ;-)

Used drive thru atm on 07/08/21, be careful as their atm machine was compromised and someone was able to withdraw over $800 from my account on 07/10/21. Walk inside when using atm!

Bank of America is terrible when it comes to answering phones. It is virtually impossible to contact a live human being at this location. Something must be done to fix this, as it is indicative of poor customer/depositer service. I have tried unsuccessfully for two hours to speak to someone at this bank via telephone, with no success. On the positive side, assuming the customer does not mind the lack of a way to speak to someone at this location via phone, the staff there is attentive and friendly. I have a business account with this bank and use locations throughout the south Bay, which makes it convenient.

This branch is fabulous! I have to bank here for work because this location is close to our offices and we know all the tellers bankers and managers at this point. Not only are they friendly but they don't take their sweet time taking care of you. Nothing more annoying than a teller that stares at the computer days nothing and takes forever! These ladies are great and have been working there for a while so they all know what they are doing.

I have a high dollar account and was opening extra accounts for my business as well as have about 7 other BOA accounts. I was running out on a work break to try to get papers printed and wires sent for 1 of many houses I am purchasing. I always use boa for my transactions and they couldn't even print a document for me. If this is how they treat higher dollar customers I seriously worry about how they treat the other customers. They have a serious air of not caring about their customers at all. I am moving all of my accounts both personal and business away from BOA now.
