  Clay did a fantastic job! He is detailed, thorough, prompt, friendly. He walked me through every step. I was out of the country for 21 of the 33 days leading into closing, and he still made sure that everything went smoothly and we closed on the scheduled date. I couldn't have asked for better service. Highest recommendation!

  Clay and his team were very attentive to any and all concerns and addressed them to my satisfaction throughout the entire process. Even changing with me as I needed due to inflation rates and postponed building process. Clay closed my daughter’s home and all went smoothly prior to mine as to why I used him. Will definitely use again or recommend to others.

  THE BEST IN THE WHOLE STATE!! I wouldn't trust a single person with my transaction other than Clay and Rebecca! They answer there phones at all hours of the day and work there very hardest to make sure your transaction goes through as if it was there own!   Clay also has THE BEST deals and will work hard to get you THE BEST rate out there, as well as work with you on closing costs according to your budget. I would recommend this mortgage lender time and time again. I've used him for over 20 years. I've shopped and compared and go with him EVERY time. He's the best. And is assistant, Rebecca Kendall, is equally as awesome!

  David Reece was super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. I had originally tried going through the bank that held my mortgage for my refi... But they dragged their feet for over a month and didn't make any attempts to contact me back. One email to bay equity and David was off to the races. We closed in a month!

  They are our buyers lender.. they have pushed closing 3 times now. The last time it was moved was 36 hours before closing and we already moved half of our new things into the house. Now having to pay a daily fee on our new home which they said they wouldn’t help us with. We have small children and literally living in limbo, and out of a suitcase in our own home. The 3rd time closing was pushed, they said they needed a tax document that would take 10 business days to receive and process. It’s currently past the 10th day, and we still don’t have any updates, answers, or a new closing date. It’s also extremely difficult to get ahold of someone who works there. There seems to be no sense of urgency with this company, and definitely a lack of empathy for putting families in difficult situations caused by their lack of urgency. It’s absurd to think that we were within 48 hours of closing and the buyer wasn’t fully approved. I don’t plan on ever using this company personally, and will shy away from getting into contract with others that are using them.
