My real estate agent as well as my attorney both complemented Bay Equity for having the fastest closing date that they had seen in a while.   What made my experience great with Anthony Rice was the clear communication I received from him throughout the entire home buying transaction. When we first discussed my needs, he supplied me with an easy to understand breakdown of the process and the list of documents needed.   My experience with Mr. Rice was awesome! From the beginning to the end Mr. Rice and his team made my home buying experience great. Shortly, after speaking to Mr. Rice the first time I received a portal to upload needed documents to get my mortgage loan process started. After I uploaded needed information Mr. Rice took charge and guided me through every step. He also sends out short videos that prepares you for important steps in the process of approval.
