  Working with Brad was a pleasure. What really stood out was his patience in answering all the questions we had and really taking the time to explain how things worked in detail. He also took the time to prepare video's which was an invaluable visual aid to follow along. We had a more complicated scenario and he was super flexible and able to assist with.

  Met Brad Louden well over ten years ago but did not get the chance at that time to work with him. Recently contacted him as we had an opportunity to purchase a new home. I could not believe that he remembered me after all this time! That impressed me, because how many people have you met over ten years ago and spoke with for about an hour and they actually remember you ten + years later? Not many in my experience ! Brad answered all our questions, returned calls and texts almost immediately, (we were not his only customers LOL)and was patient all the way thru the loan process! Helped with things when he was able and like I said VERY patient as my husband had a LOT of questions, LOL. I would not hesitate to work with Brad again! All around nice guy!!   We were referred to Brad via our real estate agent. Brad was very great to work with on a day to day basis. He was very quick to respond to both email and text messages, and always answered our questions with all the detail that we needed. We felt that we were always kept up to date throughout the underwriting and lending process. Where Brad really shined was in his role as a buyer advocate. Whenever we put in an offer, he would always reach out to the seller agent, introduce himself, and gave the seller agent an overview of how qualified we were. In many cases, he already had a relationship with the seller agent. Brad made the mortgage process incredibly straightforward and transparent. Brad and his team worked so fast that we were ready to close in 17 days. Amazing experience all around!

  Brad was extremely communicative throughout the process. He answered our questions in a quick and timely manner, far faster than was even likely required. He took the time to put together great videos to explain various elements of the processes, that were specific to our documents and needs. I have never seen something quite like how Brad does these video communications, but they are highly effective and greatly appreciated. Honestly, Brad was a major element in making this entire, normally very stressful process, smooth and stress free, and gave me confidence in my decision making and moving forward with a home loan. I was a first time home buyer and I felt the loan process was made clear and understandable (removing the anxiety and stress of not knowing anything about home loans, paperwork, ect) due to the effort Brad put into his videos & communications with myself. Overall, I would emphatically suggest working with Brad, and Bay Equity, given my tremendously positive experience with him and the above and beyond service he provided!

  We have worked with Brad on two occasions. First when we purchased our home and now 8 years later for a refinance. Brad is very detailed in the video he sends to explain everything. He’s always quick to reply to any email questions and also on phone. He made our transactions easy and smooth both times which is why we will continue to work with Brad in the future.   Brad makes himself readily available at all hours of the day. Brad would work weekends, and even during the Super Bowl, to ensure we could get our loan processed in 23 days. Brad works with you as if he were your friend; he made it his mission to ensure that we got our favorite house.
